SF Modern is a California Corporation whose mission is to provide innovative design that combines aesthetics, function and value.  The founders have backgrounds in visual arts and management.  

We at SF Modern believe that the building process should be creative, collaborative and enjoyable.   Our intent with every project is to construct a well-designed modern residence that is treasured by its owners.

SF Modern partners with Contractors, Architects, Engineers and other professionals to create quality homes on behalf of developers for speculative sale.  Our  projects are typically located in San Francisco and the San Francisco Bay Area.
